Maison Corinne supplies loose (unmounted) lab-grown diamonds exclusively to professional customers. Access to stock and pricing is granted only after a company account is registered and approved.

Catalogue prices are indicative, quoted excluding VAT (21% added at invoicing), and may change according to stock availability and market rates. A request sent through this website is not a contract; an order is accepted only upon written confirmation from Maison Corinne.

Every stone is accompanied by the independent laboratory report (IGI or GIA) stated on its product page. Delivery is made insured, through a specialised carrier, within the lead time confirmed for each order.

Conformity claims must be sent in writing to corina@maisoncorinne.eu within 48 hours of receiving the stone, together with the original certificate and an intact seal.

The contractual relationship is governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts of Romania.

Data controller: WHOLESALE TRADE CONCEPT S.R.L. We process company and contact-person identification data (name, email, phone, country, company name, VAT and registration number) in order to create and verify your account, send quotations and fulfil orders.

The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards according to statutory archiving periods. We do not sell your data and share it only with our service providers (hosting, courier, accounting).

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). Requests: corina@maisoncorinne.eu.

Returns are accepted only for professional (B2B) orders of loose lab-grown diamonds.

A return must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the stones.

Returns are accepted only when the stone does not match the independent laboratory certificate (for example: carat weight, colour, clarity or other grading discrepancy). We do not accept returns for change of mind, styling preferences or market price changes.

The original certificate and any seal must be intact and returned together with the stone.

To start a return, complete the return request form, quoting the IGI certificate number and describing the discrepancy. We will review the request and, if accepted, arrange insured return shipping and either a replacement or a refund.
